This being Greece, there's also other culinarily appropriate(?!) chips aside from
ketchup and mustard. There's oregano and tzatziki, too, of course! Apologies for my fascination with this stuff. We love browsing in grocery stores in other countries and the snack aisle is often good entertainment. It's rare that we actually buy such things, but, how can you not try tzatziki chips since tzatziki is a common accompaniment for fried zucchini or eggplant chips? They were like sour cream and onion chips at home. I've included a couple of my favorite asian chip concepts below, too. Asia leads the world in terms of chip flavor originality!
